Stress is created by parents, teachers, peers and significant others in an adolescent’s life .Perception of stress is an individual perceptual phenomenon rooted in psychological process. There is so much to be accomplished in too little a time. Adolescent students feel scarcity of time always. Time management is the ability to prioritize, schedule and execute personal responsibilities.
