Abstract
This study used qualitative method to clarify the experiences of Vietnamese people on cultural diversity education. Transnational migration becomes frequent as shown in the increasing of Vietnamese immigrants to South Korea nowadays. Therefore, for South Korea, radical understanding of Vietnam is necessary in order to respond to the changes in Korean society. Vietnam is consisting of various ethnic groups and then it has cultural diversity. This study aims to clarify the characteristics of cultural diversity education in Vietnam. Moreover, it provides suggestions for multicultural education in South Korea in which the society has become multicultural.
