Abstract
Based on the OTA hotel online reviews as the research object,using the data mining and Text analysis technology to the empirical analysis of the factors that affect online comments usefulness,and building OTA hotel online comments usefulness influence factors model,and application in China in 2015 various types of OTA online hotel original comments validated data analysis,the results show that the comment of timeliness,score,comments of the emotional negative reviews and comments of the length of online reviews useful have a significant impact,and commnets on the number of positive reviews and comments in a emotional had no significant effect of online comments usefulness.For the comments readers for the automated recommendation systems provides the beneficial enlightenment
