The International Journal of Medical Science and Clinical Invention (IJMSCI) takes the integrity and accuracy of its published content very seriously. In rare cases, it may become necessary to withdraw an article after publication. This policy outlines the circumstances under which such withdrawals may occur and the process for carrying out a withdrawal.
Reasons for Withdrawal:
- The article contains plagiarized material or violates copyright law
- The article contains significant errors that affect the validity of the conclusions
- The article has been published elsewhere without proper attribution or permission
- The article infringes upon the privacy or confidentiality of individuals
- The article contains false or misleading information
Process for Withdrawal:
- A request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief of IJMSCI, including a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
- The Editor-in-Chief will assess the request and determine if a withdrawal is necessary.
- If a withdrawal is deemed necessary, the article will be removed from the IJMSCI website and a notice of withdrawal will be posted in its place, clearly indicating the reason for the withdrawal.
- The notice of withdrawal will include a statement that the withdrawn article should not be cited and that it no longer represents the position of IJMSCI.
It is important to note that the withdrawal of an article does not retract or invalidate the original publication of the work. Withdrawn articles remain part of the scientific record, but they should not be cited as a source of information or used as evidence to support claims.
IJMSCI reserves the right to withdraw articles that violate its policies or that are found to be in breach of ethical standards. The goal of this policy is to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the published record and to ensure that the scientific community has access to reliable information.
