The International Journal of Medical Science and Clinical Invention (IJMSCI) is an open-access journal, meaning all published articles are freely available online without any subscription or access fees. To support the costs of peer review, editorial workflow, typesetting, online hosting, and archiving, we charge a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of a manuscript.

When to Pay

Authors are required to pay the APC only after their manuscript is accepted for publication following the peer-review process. There are no submission fees or additional charges for color images, figures, or supplementary data.

Waivers and Discounts

We aim to support researchers from low-income and developing countries. A limited number of partial waivers may be granted upon request. Authors may apply for a waiver during the submission process with proper justification.
