Social Group Work Intervention in Enhancing the Work Life Balance among Married Working Women in It Sector

Abstract

This study focuses on the work-life balance levels of the married working women in the information technology
centers. The study had employed social group work as an intervention tool in bringing about the work-life balance among the
working women. The research found that the levels of work-life balance were poor and thereby introduced the intervention, and
hence has found that through the benefits of social group work, the married working women can aid in balancing both their work
and life.
