Abstract
Thefoodborne illness(DTAs) affectvarious individualsworldwide, being the main causelack ofpersonalhygiene offoodhandlers, they directly affectthesafety offood. Based on theneed forcomplianceand to ensurethe healthof the population, this study aimed toanalyze thehandsof food handlersin thekitchenof a pilotmunicipalityPirangi-SP.The analyzes were performedaccording to themethod described bySiqueira, 1995.
