Abstract
Delayed splenic rupture following conservative management of splenic injury is an extremely rarecomplication. We report a case of an adult patient who presented with delayed splenic rupture along withunexplained hemothorax necessitating splenectomy, 45 days following blunt abdominal trauma that wasinitially managed conservatively and discharged home.
